Statewide Self-Exclusion
Allowing individuals the opportunity to step away from gambling to refocus their lives and finances, OAPGG offers statewide self-exclusion for anyone who would like to voluntarily prohibit themselves from the state’s various gambling establishments.
There are four time frames to choose from: 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or 10 years. It is critical to understand that a self-exclusion is IRREVOCABLE by OAPGG for the time frame specified and entering casino property may be considered trespassing. Once an individual has completed the required forms and been placed on the self-exclusion list, any and all winnings will be denied and the money will be donated to a nonprofit organization.
For help completing the self-exclusion form, please contact the OAPGG office at 405-801-3329.
Not all tribes currently participate in the responsible gambling/self-exclusion program. Tribes not participating may choose to opt in at any time. Once a tribe chooses to participate, they will retroactively receive the complete self-exclusion list. As a result, the tribal participation/casino list is ever-changing and evolving.
